Dog help.............?

Question

My friend's dog is dying. She is looking for a place that does fundraisers or donations so they could help her pay for the operation so her dog won't die. She saw a commercial about a place that does that except she forgot the name. Please post any websites that will help. Please answer soon because her dad is going to put the dog to sleep if she doesn't find anything. Thank you for taking your time to read this and hopefully you will answer.

She lives around North Hollywood if that will help. Her dog is a German Shepard.

Call your nearest Humane Society who can refer you immediately.  I was referred to P.A.L.s (People Assisting the Lodi Animal Shelter)for a very reasonable charge to have my beautiful  female Shih Tzu dog spayed.  All others charge too high for my income.  Hopefully, this is of some assistance and try very hard to get her dad to put off ,indefinitely, any plans of euthanizing of any animal.
