What's the difference between a peanut butter sandwich with Flora, a packet of crisps and a rice cake?
You can tell I don't usually pay much attention to my calorific intake! :S
Can anyone help or direct me towards a reputable dieting advice website?

Peanut butter is actually an excellent energy food AND so long as it contains peanuts and some kind of a healthy oil, it is in fact a "health" food.
I eat it before going to the gym. Just as with anything, don't eat/drink to excess - even too much veg is bad for you.

peanut butter is ok if you get the organic kind , crisps are just full of fat and salt, and a rice cake is totally healthy and contains the least amount of calories.
if your looking to lose weight then http://www.fitday.com/ is a good place to record your calorie intake for the day.
