Results of Evolution Poll(s)?

4 days ago, I posed a question asking how many people believe in Neo-Darwinian Evolution. I posed this question on both the Religion & Spirituality and Biology categories, and said I'd post the results.
The Results were:
For Biology: 58% Yes, 21% No, 21% neutral
19 respondants in total.
For Religion & Spirituality: 55% Yes, 39% No, 6% neutral
32 respondants in total.

the "neo" in Neo-Darwinian does *not* mean it was come up with last week.
It refers to the fact that the *mechanism* of heredity and mutation, so crucial to Evolution theory, was not discovered until the advent of Molecular Biology.
That is to say, DNA as the mechanism of heredity.

Your question made little sense because the term "neo-Darwinian" is an oxymoron. The prefix "neo" means new or recent. Darwin defined his view on evolution at length in his writings. God only knows what you mean by "neo"-Darwinian evolution or how it's different than old fashion Darwinian evolution.

Not that surprised by the difference between the biology section and the religious section. Although it would be truly nice to see that more people believe in evolution than "poof" we appeared.

Spirituality is based on the hierarchy of truth that a person is given or gifted. In the Catholics traditions the clergies are higher in the hierarchy of truth while their members are called laity knowledgeable only at the basics of faith. On one hand, the Prophets and Saints have the highest level of the hierarchy of truth which is at the level of the Celestial heaven (the new earth and the new heaven) that will come down to our space approx 15 billion years from now after reaching an everlasting age or the ripe age of the universe. The 2nd level of the hierarcy of truth are the chosen ones among natural men as they are inspired by THE HOLY SPIRIT. Then the laity or the natural men whom will be given the mysteries of the KIngdom in the soon coming Kingdom of Heaven. well you can pretty much count the neutral party with us and they are neutral because they are starting to see the "real truth", its just a matter of time. if you took this poll 100 years ago, i'm sure the no's would be closer to 100%

evolution won but how meany of them in the pole came from the usa becuse in the usa most believe the fairy tale thats why its 55percent if it was done in the uk 90 percent evolution 5 do not no 5 on the fairy tale
