Do you ever look at the sky the way I do ?

The moon, The Stars, The Sun

The moon aglow so high up above,

Looking down on the world with its’ tender love,

Its’ silver rays caress our world,

It’s there for us, as it follows us home,

It never asks us for anything, through the night,

Just to wonder at the beautiful sight.

Oh night of darkness, sky full of stars,

Put your elegant diamonds in everyone’s heart,

For it is said that the sky is full of twinkles,

For lover to play and comfort of the singles

They never ask anything throughout the night,

Just that we marvel at the wondrous sight.

The moon sometimes never shines, but silently hides away

To show us all in a wondrous look of the heavens all ablaze.

The sparkling diamonds we forever call stars

Come alive and brighter as the times gently pass.

The lights from heaven are in a world of their own.

The ships that charter their course by stars, arrive safely home

But they ask for nothing just being there,

Just to gaze now and then and thank them with a prayer.

The sun its’ warm

Update:

warmth throughout the day,

Its’ golden colour, its’ inviting rays,

The sun gives us much more than we ever could need,

It makes the flowers grow and the trees green,

It never asks us for anything throughout the day,

Just to love the warmth of its’ golden rays.

Every second of the day the sky is never the same

It likes to tease us, just like playing a game,

The sun crosses the ground throughout the day,

Keeping us warm, giving us light; to show our way,

At the end of the day, the sunset divine, with colours aglow,

What happens next we all agree, the moon once more comes alive

Another day over, the night yet to come. The moonbeams we ride

The moon, the sun and the stars, ask nothing of us but love

But it is always ready for us to see, to take the time to look above.
