Hair dilemna!?

Question

I have very long hair currently. With a haircut way overdue I am wondering what to do to it. I have blonde highlights in my hair that were put in (by a salon) last august but i have quite long roots now. Naturally I am very light brown/fair haired. I have always loved blonde hair and would like to get more blonde in my hair but am not sure as they are very damaging to your hair and I dont know if I can be bothered worrying about roots. Pricey salon treatments are also an issue. Any home-dying kits or root touch-up advice would be greatly appreciated! :D

i think u should change it drastically cutting off split ends and helping ur hair create more volume and thickness also helping ur damaged hair and roots. explain 2 ur stylist that u cant afford colour and see what they reccomend and what shades and tones would suit u. cuttin off the bulk of the hair will make ur hair healthy but so u can style it too

If you feel like being drastic, I'd go for a medium length haircut.
I went from blonde hair down to my waist to red hair up to my shoulders.
It's really all about how you feel comfortable.
And yes, taking your hair to a lighter color is damaging.
You could go darker and then get highlights of your real hair color. Then the highlights would still look drastic.

My hair is thick and wavy too. once I had mine short, it grow to be decrease an inch above my shoulders and alot of persons reported it regarded somewhat stable. ensure you get layers nevertheless, in the different case you will get a pyramid shaped head. try this googling Kiera Knightly short hair. She had some amazing wavy shorter haircuts. wish that facilitates!

I think blonde hair will be sexiest, but brown hair can be really sexy too. Black hair is never sexy. It's just really boring and boring and flatters few complexions. Blonde hair looks best with glowing blue eyes.
