My mother and I are looking for a song for the children in our parish who attend Children's Liturgy to perform on Christmas day along with Away in a Manger. The song should be lively and upbeat and preferably have actions or clapping along to it.

We considered Mary's Boy Child but couldn't find an appropriate instrumental version.

We heard an ideal song on an old home video from my little sister's school christmas show but no one can identify it.

Here are some words we caught;

Baby born on Christmas Day

In a stable far away

Bells are ringing

People singing

Christmas is...........

...

Father Christmas always brings

Toys and treats and sweets and things

...

Cha cha cha...

If you have any idea what the song might be or other suitable suggestions, we would appreciate it.

Recently my mother has been trying to convert our old home videos to DVD and has been having very little luck. She has tried using a very basic programme which has done nothing but delete the cd burner from our pc. Now she's using the same programme on her laptop but is having no luck

Could anyone offer any advice or recommend a good, inexpensive programme that would do the job for us? The videos are very important to her as they are all of me and my sisters when we were little children

I used to have limewire but my computer got a virus and totally crashed. I'm not sure if i should re-download limewire so if there are any other suitable places to get free music without the risk of viruses i'd love to know. Music is just so expensive on iTunes!!

My school formal/prom is next week and im going to the hairdressers to do my hair. Im not having a trial so I'm supposed to bring a couple of photos. My hair is quite long and blonde and I would like a curly up-do, (something maybe similar to the front of Taylor Swift's hair in "Lovestory"). Please post links to nice photos. I'd be so grateful! my family are having a come dine with me competition of our own and i'm trying to create a menu.

i've decided that for main course i will serve a choice of stuffed chicken breast or chicken kiev.

i'm not sure what to serve as a side that will compliment the dishes and have no clue about a starter

When I was younger I watched a children's christmas video. Since then I've lost the video and can't remember the name of it. I'd love to know it again. This is what I remember;

•There were three different stories on the video

•It was a cartoon

•One taught you the twelve days of Christmas

•Another featured a brother and sister wishing for a white Christmas, and they journeyed to "cloud nine" in the sky to turn on a snow machine (or similar)

•The third showed the birth of "Santa Claus" he began as a toymaker in a wood, and made some toys for elves and became Santa.

Today I watched TV and on it I saw a short piece on This Morning about how to grow strawberries. Being the impulsive person I am, I went and bought strawberry plants, a hanging basket, a liner and I have compost out the back.

Does anyone have any hints and tips on how to make my strawberries beautiful and successfully grow them?

Also, information on suitable climate, and best season for growing them etc etc would be greatly appreciated.

Recently on youtube I watched a video detailing how to sign up to a website called rewards1.com to gain free stuff. It sounds great but I'm very wary and find that these things usually turn out to be too good to be true.

any ideas how i can take dvds and put them on my ipod video? (3rd gen ipod nano) is this even possible?

i also reali want to download music but im so sick of paying for it on itunes. i have to buy a £15 card everytime because im too young for a credit card and fatherbear wont let me use his (grr even tho ive promised2 pay him back)

problem is, we CANNOT risk getting a virus! had a porn one before - sooooo not good with younger sisters in the house!

Recently I have been desperate to find a film I loved throughout my childhood. I don't remember a lot about it but I'll explain what I can. If anyone recognises the description, or has anything to add I'd be extremely grateful.

Points about the film:

*I was born in 1991, and remember choosing it so it was made definetly before 1994

*Xtravision stocked it

*It involved trolls

*There were two main characters (I think) a long, brown-haired girl and a boy named Cody

*At one point in the film the trolls' toenails were painted bright pink

*There was a flood at the end and the girl character held onto a floating piece of wood

*The boy walked through a forest (possibly whistling) at the beginning and the audience had a bird's eye view of him

*There MIGHT have been something at the start involving a cupboard/wardrobe/box

I have very long hair currently. With a haircut way overdue I am wondering what to do to it. I have blonde highlights in my hair that were put in (by a salon) last august but i have quite long roots now. Naturally I am very light brown/fair haired. I have always loved blonde hair and would like to get more blonde in my hair but am not sure as they are very damaging to your hair and I dont know if I can be bothered worrying about roots. Pricey salon treatments are also an issue. Any home-dying kits or root touch-up advice would be greatly appreciated! :D
