Why the stars given by the person who asks, don't count for the person that answers?
What I mean is the for a best answer given, indeed, I have ten points plus the number of thumbs up.The stars given by the asker, though, do not count at all!!!!

You mean the stars for a best answer? no matter how many you give they will still get 10 points for best answer, if this is not what you meant can you add details.
[edit] the stars are just to show how helpful the answer was, 1 meaning not helpful to 5 meaning really helpful, you get points for best answer and as you say thumbs up, forgive me but i don't know what point you are trying to make.
[edit] because you are getting points for best answer and thumbs up as well as the 2 points for answering!!

Nope the stars given by the asker to the best answer do not count!!!
