getting a visa for the usa so i can live, (my fiancee is pregnant)?
i am a uk citizen and am here in the usa on the vwp they said i couldn't come again unless it was on a visa which is i think is wrong but i am coming for 80 days at a time and then going back and coming back again, we are going to apply for the k-1 visa but it means i would be out of the usa for about 6 months, my fiancee is 2 months pregnant and i want to be there for the birth and even if i am applying for the visa can i come to america for the birth of my child or not, and whats the fastest way to get the k-1 visa approved. She doesn't have a job at the minute and when she is in the later stages of her pregnancy meaning it would be harder for her income to be higher to be able to suport us.

You're out of luck. You have abused the visa waiver process by using it to live here instead of using it to visit now and again. If you have been spending all your time here it's unlikely you have a job back home.
If you want to be with your fiancee you will have to get in line for the K-1 visa or get a fiancee visa for her to move to the UK and marry her. That would mean you getting a job in the UK and having a home for her to move to.
If you are hell bent on moving to America you need to get a job in the UK now and save as much as you can to help support her and your baby after you move to America and marry her. You won't be allowed to work there until your EAD is processed so will be doing nothing for 4-6 months. You can't expect a woman who is either pregnant or just had a baby to support you.
She may not be making enough money to file for your AOS as so may need a joint sponsor. It's time for her to talk to her family and see if any of them are willing to sign to support you for 10 years.
It may take longer than 6 months to get a K-1. Go to http://www.visajourney.com/ to find out more about the whole process.

The best thing would be fore her to go to England and marry you and then go to the Embassy and let them know that you are married and want to return to the USA. They will advise you what you need to do.
Thank you for wanting to come here! Enjoy and never loose your accent!

It relies upon on citizenship. Your US vacationer visa permits you to pass into the US. If a vacationer visa became require so which you would be able to head into the US, better than probably Canada will additionally require a vacationer visa from you. It relies upon on the relationship between your united states of place of living and Canada. it may be that Canada in basic terms demands a passport and allow a visa waiver from voters of your united states.
