Cooking with oatly/ rice dream.?

I've got a cake recipe and one of the ingredients is skimmed milk. I don't drink very much and don't buy it because it's a waste to throw half of it away. I've got some oatly and some rice dream in the cupboard though. Are they any good in cake recipes? I've not cooked with them before.

    Yeah its all good. I use vegan milks such as these, and have never had a problem.

    should be ok but it may change the taste of the cake
