Regarding chemicals, what does 'n.o.s.' mean, please?

I am trying to understand what the letters 'n.o.s.' mean when they appear along with chemical names.

e.g.

Caustic alkali liquid, n.o.s.

    i guess it stands for "not otherwise specified"
