If you can weigh a whale at a whale weigh station, where would you weigh a pie?

Oh I think I get it. Weigh a pie = way up high. As in whatever film it is. Is it Mary Poppins? So the answer would be up through the atmosphere or something.

On a pair of normal household scales I reckon. There's no point dedicating an entire station to pie weighing when we can just do it like that.
