A big fuss is being made about Sarah Palin only getting a passport in her 40s. Forget what the implication is?

because this isn't a political question. How old are you, and do you have a passport and how old were you when you first got one?

Update:

I know what the fuss is about- I meant put it aside. I'm just curious about people reaching a "certain" age and not having a passport. I'm 50 and don't have one which is what sparked my interest.

Well, everyone finds some kind of fault in a person becoming a major part in their lives.

I think everyone just wants to **** with Sarah Palin and get her to back down.

She's never needed one because she's never left the country. I've had one since I was 12. Can I be VP?
