the person probably read a question & answer, but they didn't get the answer they were expecting.. for ex: if you would ask "what are some good oldies to put in an ipod?" you might get some answers like [brenton wood, marvin gaye, mary wells, temptations]... and say two weeks later someone else asks "i have a new ipod, what are some good oldie tunes that can make me feel good to listen to?" .. different people will answer with different answers like [little johnny & the imperials, barbara mason, and so on...].. it might be the [SAME] question, but [SOME]times [DIFFERENT] answers.. it all depends on the question, and the [WAY] people ask it.. i bet there's someone who's already asked this question.. there's millions of people around the world, so most likely a question will get asked twice..

Its usually the people that ask them, they usually forget to search the question
