Will the VAT cuts in England effect students ? ?

Essentially how will the proposed VAT cuts in England effect student loans (banks lending money) and will stores also be less likely to provide student discounts ?

It will only effect the rich who can afford to buy the high cost items, for you and me the savings will not be noticed.

VAT will effect students you can't feel it it is only the big fish in the big sea who feel it. ok in money lending it may but not so much
