Sound not working on Laptop!?
I have a toshiba equium a100-027 laptop with vista and I was trying to fix the sound of my microphone in the control panel and now my sound doesn't work anymore! I dont know whats wrong with it, 5 minutes ago the sound was fine.
tried that and it still doesnt work. i dont know whats happened, the sound had never messed around before

try this, maybe it will help.
click once on the speaker icon on the bottom right corner of the computer and click on 'mixer'
when the window pops up make sure that none of the volumes are muted. If one is muted then unmute it.
If none are muted then click on 'device' on the top-left corner.
You will see various devices and there is a check mark on one of them. Try to check one of the others and see if the sound comes back. Try with each one. Good luck.

Just type your laptops model number and the word "driver" on google. Download and install the audio driver once again.
Will work. Guaranteed.
