If I want to express them to someone I prefer to speak with them in person. I feel like body language and the tone of your voice help convey the message better.
Writing them down works when I can not be with them in person.

I can type them easily and i can say them, when i express my feelings it's usually to my boyfriend about how i feel or what my opinion is on something, i'd say i can do it better in person yeah :)

When it is feelings of love for someone it is quite easy for me to express myself...
