I'd like to do a RAM upgrade?

I'd like to do a little RAM upgrade to my computer.

I currently have an Asus P5AD2-E Premium motherboard, an Intel Pentium 4 640 Prescott 3.2GHz 2MB L2 Cache LGA 775 and TwinMOS kit of 2x512 MB running in Dual Channel. The kit has a speed of 533Mhz and 4-4-4-12 latency.

I'd like to upgrade to 2 or 4 GB of RAM memory. What would you recommend me to buy? I wouldn't like to spend a lot of money.

In my motherboard's manual, it says that it is compatible with 533Mhz or 711Mhz Unbuffered RAM.

Would there be any problems if I let the 1 GB kit in dual channel and use another dual channel kit in parralel with it? Say, a dual channel kit with a frequency of 533 Mhz and a different latency.

Update:

My current RAM kit is composed of 2x512 PC3200 modules. Would there be any issues if I ran in parralel, say, 2 PC4300 modules?

No, but the PC4300 modules will run at the same speed as the PC3200 modules.

RAM is becoming cheaper by the day.
