Strange or unusual things to cook on a barbecue?

Last night we cooked a pie on there lol (basically because the coals were still red hot and going to waste!!)

So, I was wondering if any of you have cooked something slightly unusual and not associated with a bbq before? Or have any more ideas? :D

Update:

Hi Leprosy, i'm not too bad thanks, apart from being bitten to death and dying in this heat over here lol how've you bin? :)

Leg of Lamb (marinated in buttermilk!).

Try this. Buy a leg of lamb and either have the butcher de-bone it or do it yourself (the butcher might not charge you for the trouble) butterfly style. Soke the leg of lamb in buttermilk with SALT and pepper overnight (turn once). You can make a basting with olive oil, rosemary, garlic and lemon juice while on the grill. I like my lamb rare so cook the butterflied meat like a giant steak. Use a thermometer to check for doneness (110-115 rare, 120 med-rare, 130 med, 140 med-well, 160 well).

Hey stranger, how have you been?

I don't know if it would be considered strange, but my room mate and I drove to the bowling alley, and on the way hit a racoon. On the way back from a long night of league play, the racoon was still lying there. Room mate jumped out and got it, skined it, soaked it in the sink all night and barbecued it the next day.

    I didn't have any.

OOOhhh! It was a giant roach! I was in the military, and I off at a school, and I went to go put on my boot in the morning and felt something like a round smooth stone under my toes, so I took off my boot and shook it out and the 'stone' that fell out ran across the floor when it hit!! GAAHHH!!!!

pizza. I was watching the food network yesterday and Bobby Flay grilled a homemade pizza on the grill. It looked very yummy. Pizza's not strange I've just never seen anyone grill it.
