Can you use marinara sauce to make cocktail sauce. My son purchased the marinara by mistake and I don't want to go back to the store.?

    Dip a shrimp in it and see if you like it.

    If you have ketchup and prepared horse radish you are golden - but if no horse radish - go to the store.

    Try a small amount and see how it tastes . You're other options are do without or send him back to do it right .
