HOW DO I DELETE MY YAHOO ANSWERS ACCOUNT?

Question

I'm getting a bit p'd off by Yahoo Answers and want to delete my whole string of answers.

I feel I have made a decent attempt at answering (or at least attempting to answer) questions, yet seem to be censured by a despotic system which apparently offers absolutely no right of appeal!

I realise that Yahoo Answers are building up a base of knowledge, which will be used in future to make Yahoo a better, more responsive product.

You can only remove the following items from your yahoo answers account.
- remove your name 
- remove your picture or avatar place these in no picture
- close your email notification from yahoo answers
- at the same time if you have messenger and your email displayed 
close these
- delete your open questions and answers
yahoo answers keeps the resolved ones 
ones in voting also stay with yahoo answers
- remove your contacts by clicking on remove contacts
block then unblock any fans 
Another way to delete your yahoo answers account is 
not to sign in don't use it.
after 4 months yahoo will delete it

You cannot just delete your answers account. It is a package deal with all of your other yahoo accounts (360, IM, YQA, email, etc... ).  All of your questions and answers that have gone into voting and that have been resolved will stay on here forever they belong to yahoo.
