How to wake up early in the morning?
I am a natural late riser but my job demands that I be very early to office. Please suggest some techniques where I can prepare my body to wake up early willingly wherin i feel fresh and energetic in the morning rather than drowsy/ sleepy. If a natural Nigh-owl has transformed into a Lark, it would be very useful information for me.

Visit www.mercola.com wherein they sell an alarm clock which first
transmits light on your face, and if your don't wake up the light is
brightened and if you still don't wake up a mild buzzer is set off and
if you still do not get up then a screeching buzzer will definitely wake
you up. If you cannot buy this alarm clock which is a bed time piece
then just before you go to sleep say first loud about 5 times and
then mentally five times, I AM DEFINITELY GOING TO GET UP
TOMORROW AT 5a.m. You will surprised how your sub-conscious
keeps a tab and wakes you up without screeching buzzer.
