I have some problem with some keys in keyboard: enter, backspace,=. I can not use them with word office,?
also web, messenger. last time, when I turn on computer it takes a long time to operate so I presses some keys . afterward, I tries restore windows already but there is not good. please tell me what I have to do. thanks so much.

If you have a problem with some keys, then the chances are that your keyboard has bad contacts. Try a different keyboard and if this works, replace the duff one.
