Putting WMV videos on DVD for watching on TV?

Question

I want to burn some WMV tv shows onto a DVD.  Obviously, I cannot do a straight copy which would result in a data disk.  I need a software package that will create a menu, format correctly for burn to DVD, and maybe even a little basic editing.  I was considering Ulead VideoStudio 11.5.  It's cheap now and I don't need the more advance features.  Please note: I'm not trying to convert video from my camcorder.

If you want to burn any movies to DVD, usually free version only have the basic functions and poor services and watermark, i have used the good and inexpesive trial version AVS Disc Creator, you can try it, it can create standard video DVD from any videos, it can burn mulit videos to one disc, it can auto fit the size, it can directly convert and burn any videos to DVD, such as avi to DVD, etc.

I have burned my festival videos to dvd with aimersoft video converter ultimate with a good result. You can take it a try. Support creating Menu, setting the backgroud music&picture, etc.
