Common Application question?

I applied ED to one college, but listed my counselor for two other, so when he sent the recommendation, three schools received it, I guess (my counselor says that on his list, all of my other schools show "Not Submitted").

If I submit my application now to another school and list him as a counselor, will his recommendation be automatically submitted, too? Or will he have to re-submit it? Is this the case with the teacher recommendations?
