This is a question for all us sad sods out there, that answer all the questions, on Yahoo answers.?

Question

I answer questions on business and finance etc, mainly cause its the only thing I know. *Smile*

From my answers I get about a 5% vote for an answer from the people that actually asked the questions. And if I am lucky one of those 5% may actually make a comment.  Words like thank you are kind of rare.

It then goes to voting.  Only about 10% of my answers actually get a vote, of any description.  (On a good day)

I sometimes sit here typing away, and ask myself, is there actually any one out there, or is it just a computer that randomly asks questions.

So  am lucky if I get 15% best answers.  Ok I here you say, how come then I am showing 60% best answers.  I guess most of you know how.

Its quite depressing sometimes answering say 10 questions and finishing the day with 3% less best answers than I started with.

I will stop typing now.  *Yippee* I hear you all say.  Answers please on a postcard to Yahoo answers.

I would love to hear your observations  There might be some Intelligent ones out there that may be saying, "hang on she has not asked a question".  Well spotted. I will join the rest of the questioners out there that do not appear to ask a question, or if they do, it is only known to themselves, cause the rest of us can't figure it out.

Remember when the vote time comes to vote yourself as the right answer.
 
And I agree if you spend time answering a question with a real valid solution then the asker gives the credit to a numbnuts answer or worse to a person whom only follows their line of though, when 10 out of 11 say another thing, it seems a waste of time. 

Still I feel it is only free advice to people and worth what they paid for it. IN the end the "score" is only a game.

If someone routinely never picks BA, never gives a TU of acknowledgement I avoid them. NOT because I'm bothered about BA, but the rudeness drives me insane. I seriously think I'm turning into my Mother and going fanatical over bad manners.

I've never voted for my own answers, regardless of feeling peeved though. I'm not being sanctimonious because I can see your point I really can, but I just CBA. I never even TD anyone I hate which I should, because they do it to me all the time lol. I never report. I've never trolled, and I've been here three years which going by what I know now, that makes me virtually unique. I'm probably the laziest cow there is on the whole site - EXCEPT when it comes to picking answers to my Q's and giving a TU to everyone who answers, regardless of whether I agree with them or not.
