What is this film called? Does anyone know?
I don't know much about the film, but the only thing I know is that the couple were friends and they decided if they weren't married by a certain age they would marry each other, also think there were a boat scene where the man was singing to the women near the end.
Please someone help?

It sounds familiar to a few movies.
Could it be 'My best friends wedding' with the infamous moment on the boat when the moment "just passes them by" ?
