Where is Jesus buried?

Well, actually loads of people say he is alive still, but did he die and was he given a funeral and was he buried or cremated?

Also did he have kids, and for people that believe in Adam & Eve, I guess that means that Jesus is the son of Adam as well as God and Mary and Joseph?

I do find Christianity confusing, its so mixed up. Also why do so many Religious faiths that are based on Jesus not agree with each other when they all say they have the word of God?

Is this because people design a religion to suit their 'man-made' ideology?

Also, why did God wait until Jesus before Christianity really spread?I mean at that time the world had already existed for millions of years and man had be around for a very long time.

And there were hundreds of other pre-Christian religions and faith systems. And why dose a religion that talks of love thy neighbour then go and kill the innocent such as witches and wizards?

Even today that idea of witches being bad people lives on yet all they were/are is wise women such as the local Midwife or Doctor of traditional herbal medicine. They worshipped 'Mother' nature and held women in high regard.

When Christianity came along women were made to be a lower class then men.

This is the truth and it is so sad that so few people realise this because of the strength that the Christian church still holds today.

As someone recently said to me, why do people trust in something that gives them no more then false hope, no matter how much they pray and how much good work they do?

And on top of it all, if a man kills a vast number of women and children and rapes as he wishes and tortures slaves and is evil so long as he is a church going man that has found Jesus and prays to God then he will go not to hell but heaven.

There is actually no conclusive historical evidence that he existed at all.

He is alive he is in heaven but he is alive.

He was laid in a tomb, the tomb had two guards to make sure no one stole his body.

After three days he raised from the dead.

He didn't have any kids. Adam and eve were alive long before he was born.

People other then Christians take what they like out of the bible and leave the rest. Like Muslims in the bible it says don't kill. Muslims aren't Christians or anything I'm not sure if they even used the bible at all in there writings.

But people like to take the good things and leave the rest I guess.

The bible is the most trustworthy book because everything lines up with history and it is way older then those man made religions.

If you look up Christianity in the dictionary it says Christ follower. Christ which is Jesus is Christianity . He made it possible.

The world isn't millions of years old it's only a few thousands.

I'm not sure where you found the go kill the witches and wizards, but back then witches and wizards hurt innocent people. They played tricks on them put curses and did all this crazy stuff to hurt people.

People don't trust in false hope we trust in real hope

    John 14:6

We trust in a living loving God who cares for us.

He's healed me from sickness. And I know he healed me because I was a person who forgot to take my medicines almost everyday.

He's helped people. Why do you think Christianity is still around after thousands of years? Because there is wayy more then "false hope".

The statement is realllllllly false. If a man kills that many people he is not a Christian. The only way to be a Christian is to repent and turn AWAY form your sins. And ask god to come into your life and change you.

Going to church doesn't make you a Christian. Does sitting in a garage make you a car? Nope not at all. The only way to be a Christian is to change your evil ways are to repent ask for forgiveness and follow God.

I hope I answered your questions. Sorry for bad spelling I am on an iPad and Its really hard to type on here.

Also God is realer then you think. If you want to learn more read the chapter of John it helps a lot.

    I'll be praying for you.

God has healed so many people. He has saved so many. He died for you on the cross and you have a choice to accept the gift or not.

My email is cookieluvy@yahoo.com if you have any questions you can ask me. I an definitely not perfect but I will try and do my best to answer any questions.

He's not buried. He rose from the dead and ascended into Heaven. He is alive and seated in Heaven at the right hand of the Father.

Jesus did not have any kids. He was unmarried and celibate.

The body of Christ, those who truly trust in Him are not divided.

Yes, people create religions. But God never asks for religion but a relationship with Him through Jesus Christ.

True believers in God have been around since man has existed.

    Christians do not murder anyone.

You are quite mistaken about the role of women. Christ elevated women to equality with men. God created Adam and Eve as equals.

Good works do not earn salvation. No one does good works of their own accord. (Romans 3:10-12)

Going to church does not make a person a Christian nor does going to church grant anyone salvation. If someone is unrepentant and does not trust in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, they will not enter into the kingdom of Heaven.

    * He's not buried. Even after his physical death, he wasn't buried. He was wrapped in a shroud and placed inside a tomb. After 3 days, however, his body was gone, and witnesses said that they saw and spoke with him.

    * He may have been married and had kids, but the Bible doesn't say either way. So, I have no clue.

*Different interpretations as well as mistranslations and misplaced punctuation have led to different understandings of what is written in the Bible. But, yes, some of it is due to "cherry-picking".

*Christianity did not exist until after Jesus' death, simply because Christianity is a system of belief that Jesus Christ died for the sins of humanity. This could not have occurred prior to his death.

*People killed "witches and sorcerers" (or wizards, if you prefer) because the Bible said "Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live", but mainly I think it was out of fear of something that they did not understand. That and people sometimes also hate that which they do not understand. Christians, as much as we'd like to, can't say that they are different in this regard. We are people, with the same shortcomings as everyone else.

*Yeah, they sure didn't much like women. I still haven't quite figured that one out.

*We don't believe it to be false hope. If we did, we wouldn't place our trust in it.

*Yes, your last statement is true, from what I believe. If the man has "truly found Jesus". I'm sure that many of us will be surprised at who we see when we get to where we're going. I know there are people who will likely be surprised to see me.

There is only one faith based on Jesus -Christianity, all others do not accept Jesus as their only Saviour.

Loads of people say Jesus is still alive and rightly so for He ascended into Heaven and He will return to judge all humanity.

Jesus never married as He came down from heaven with a unique mission and having accomplished it He returned to heaven.

God chose by His own good will a particular time in history to reveal His plan of salvation, primitive man could not have understood this plan and so God waited until man had progressed enough.

Many witches were killed out of fear and superstition and we have to remember that way back in early medieval times people saw evil everywhere,of course some of these witches actually practised satanism and both church and civil authorities could not allow this dangerous practise to affect simple uneducated peoples.

Christianity was not the basis of making women inferior in fact it held women in high esteem,of course nature being what it is men did subject women to terrible abuse but this was never what Jesus wanted,Jesus commanded us to love our neighbour and this means both men and women,in other words allow each person their personal dignity.

As for your last statement let me assure you that whatever crime a man commits against God and neighbour will be held against him on the last day if he does not repent and stop doing such evil things,God is merciful indeed and wants to forgive us but also He is a just Judge and will repay everyone for what they did in life.

    God bless.

+++++You seem to forget that Jesus is God and the Bible has all the answers you need. There will be many false prophets in the last days which we are in. Jesus rose from the dead on the 3rd day and He is alive forever. Jesus conquered death, hell & the grave. Don't listen to people.....study the Bible for yourself. Let God be the Truth and every man a liar. As far as a funeral Im sure there was much weeping. They wrapped Him in linen cloth. For the one point of your question..yes there are many people that committ terrible sins, one comes to mind like Karla Fay Tucker she killed a man an woman with a pick axe. When she went to death row she found Jesus and everyone seen the dramatic change in her. That is the work of the cross and what Jesus did for us. All sin is forgiven except blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. We have all sinned and can be forgiven. Some people that do horrible sins never repent and get their justice in hell and damnation. Remember Jesus isn't in the grave, HE"S ALIVE !!! That's what Easter is all about. It's more important to Christians than Christmas !

To many questions within a question.

Study the warnings that Jesus Christ gave in the New Testament regarding false prophets preaching false Christs.

It is written that many will come before Christ for judgement and claim that they have cast out demons in His name and He will say to them 'I do not know you'.

There are many who make bold claims that they are Christian but they have been deceived by false prophets, who will God deal with most severely? The deceived or the deceivers?

If you desire the truth regarding Christianity then you have to be prepared to search for it, deciding for yourself what the truth is, without taking the time to search for it and just basing our findings on the behaviour of people is not enough.

According to the Christians, if you want to believe them, his body was put in a cave and the entrance was blocked with a large boulder. A few days later they moved the boulder and the cave was empty. Also someone said that they'd seen him. From this they deduce that he has come back to life and is immortal.

Jesus was laid in a tomb for three days and three nights and then He rose from the dead.

Jesus had no children. He is God's only begotten Son and is God in the flesh. He came to the earth as a man for the purpose of willfully giving up His life in our place for our sins. Jesus had no sins but when He was nailed to the cross, He became our sins.

Yes, religion is man made for the purpose of controlling people with man made ideology God wants us to have a relationship with Jesus Christ, not religion.

Christianity spread because of Jesus Christ. We are followers of Christ. God told man from the beginning that Jesus would come and be the Savior of the world.

We do not kill witches and wizards. God does not approve of witches and wizards because people rely on them instead of Him. They are only other human beings.

Christianity is equality between men and women. We are God's adopted children.

Because the church is made up of members of God's children, we do not rely on human beings for our hope. We rely on God.

Yes, we have all sinned which is we have hurt God, ourselves or others and Jesus came to forgive sinners. He loves all of us. When any one is truly sorry, repents and asks Jesus for forgiveness, His death on the cross is for them. Then, we become God's adopted child and He hears our prayers. Church going or goodness has nothing to do with it. Accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and your Savior does.
