How are people initiated into the British Army?
I need to find some information about the initiation into the British Army for my coursework. So far all i've found is information about people being 'bullied' by other people in the regiment. Does anyone know the official initiation proccess? A link in the source would be nice if you have one or if it's first hand experience, please state it. Thank you.

You go to the careers office, have a interview, they give u forms to fill and all documents which are needed, u return them, u do a barb (british army recruit battery) test. Then you go to a army development and selection centre for a couple of days, if successful in physical/mental tests u have a thorough medical, a final interview and if successful u are put on a waiting list to join the basic training of your regiment.
