If you want a picture of your full body (head to toe), you'll most likely need to use a tripod and a camera with a timer.

Try putting the camera somewhere else, like a table or something, and use the timed release option. Then you can walk away from the camera and it will take a picture 10 seconds later.

try taking the picture over your head ; throwing your hip out or something ; also most cameras have self timer try mounting your camera some where & snap away
