What in the world is wrong with this photo as a profile photo or avatar in Y/A?

i uploaded this and the system wouldn't take it, my God it's perfect, what is wrong with it???

Update:

Audrey, Mark you're missing the point, it's software the makes the decision on the photo, not a person. I've uploaded bikini photos and they work every time. All the software is interested in is what's between your neck and your navel, it couldn't care less if the photo was of a two year old

    The background weeds or plants ruin the snapshot somewhat.

    Maybe the top's too close to the skin colour and the system think's its a nude?

    honestly your not the best to look at , maybe a topless photo would be better , it would show you are daring . maybe also the sun is to late , would be better at noon .
