Breaking- Kaberle finally traded to Boston...fair deal for both teams?

From TSN, the deal is Kaberle to Boston for C Joe Colborne, their 2011 first round draft pick, and a conditional pick if Kaberle signs with Boston. Thoughts?

    Win-Win

....Considering from a Leaf's standpoint the other option (nothing at all)..the Leafs get a prospect and a first (albeit low- first ) round pick...(It's Boston's pick not the "Boston-via-Toronto" pick they traded for Kessel ) plus a conditional second round pick(if the Bruins make the Stanley Cup final). The odds are stacked against the Leafs making the playoffs anyway, with or without Kaberle.Considering their sked the odds of them making it were akin to the odds of Lindsay Lohan not getting arrested again -ever.

The Bruins get a guy to play alongside Chara-who can help make up for Kaberle's biggest weakness(deep in his own zone)-he'll help their power play...

Hasn't made Leafs.com yet. But it's now interesting Kessel for Kaberle and we switched first picks. (2008 for 2010) and 2011. And another to the Leafs if Kaberle signs an extension. Good deal for Burke.

Now Burke has two firsts and a pretty good second for trading this year. These three and some sweetener might just get Lou's attention for Zach.

On one hand, it extremely is available because of the fact AFraud lives in Miami for the duration of the offseason and the Marlins choose some thing -- even a sprint bit crap, washed-up, steroids-applying, third baseman -- to objective to charm to followers next season. That reported, I doubt the Marlins gets him for no longer something whether the Yankees take Bell, so as that area of the tale is marvelous. I, individually, think of Miami may well be nuts to handle ARoid because of the fact he's a participant thoroughly and fully without upside, and he's so previous now that a transformation of ecosystem won't reenergize his occupation. Loria had a run final season the place he blew money on "call" gamers yet none of them have been washed-up while he signed them. i actually doubt that this deal pans out.

This trade makes Boston a Cup favorite.

Honestly I hate Thornton "the plug"..and the rest of those Sharks.

But i had always suspected they'd been the team that snagged his services.
