i am trying to use my router,but the internet light is only orange and the set up wizard says no internet conn?

i have ethernet from computer to router and router to modem

    Just unplug from the mains for a few minuets and then plug it back in and give it about 5 minuets and it should be fine.

    Have you put the ethernet cables in the right slots?

    reset it.should be small hole or something to push a pen in to reset it.
