I accidently took my meds twice this morning!?

I dont think its a big deal but I take effexor 300mgs daily Iusually take 150 in the morning and 150 at night but I i woke up very early this morning and must have taken 150 and then went back to sleep and forgot and took another 150... so basically i took my days worth all in the morning. If i just dont take anymore for today will it be fine?

No big deal, I used to take 375 mg a day in one dose. So basically, ride it out today, you might feel a bit weird, spaced and 'yawny', but skip tonights dose, and start again in the morning taking your nomal dose. Absolutely do not take another dose tonight, there's a risk of sezure/coma/death if you take more than 375mg a day.

So in answer to your question, yes, if you don't take any more today it will be fine,

    Hello..

I am sure it will be ok, but to be in the safe side, I would advise you to ring your doctors surgery and ask their advice. They wont mind, and it will put your mind at rest, I hope this helps.
