hi all pls help 
i have 3 children 5 years old boy 3 years old girl 1 years old boy ok when my son was 1 month my husband went prison ok ever since my 5 years old son as got worst i tell him of he hit me throw at me hit his sister and brother i give him every think he need i put in time he just open the door and come and hit wont eat only junk food like egg and cheese all time what else can i do to help him

5 year old kids are picky and they will throw fits and hit people if they know they can get away with it.

uhmmmm i think your question is ;how to learn eat your son Fruit and vegetables ? 

Oke.. , 5 years old is a very very difficult age.
when he doesn't want to eat don't give him is sense 
if he have hunger he will eat what you have make..
try to work with stickers .. like you make a paper with Monday to Saturday if he eat 4/6 days a week the food you have make he may choose on sunday what you gonne eat.
