As Lily said all three and then some. It must be something that generation has.

I have a friend whose father is 93 and he still farms 20 acres of land all by himself. He grows enough to provide vegetables and fruit for his kids, grand kids and great grand kids. Plus he sells a lot to neighbors and gives some away to those who have fallen on hard times through ill health, job loss etc. He is also still active in his church and sings in the choir. Men 50 years younger would not dream of trying to keep up with him. Yet he never seems to rush anything. Never says an unkind thing about anyone.

Yet society as a whole show little or no respect towards them. They are the types of folks who we should be holding up as role models to our teenagers. Not overpaid ego driven movies stars, pop bands and sports celebs.

Good grief all three and then some, I feel quite ashamed grumbling about my dodgy knee etc.

I would love to know her secret.
