I've just updated my i-phone but it has now lost all my contacts and photo's. How do I get them back?
I had synced the phone last week and when I upgraded from i-phone 3 to 4 eveything transferred!

Go to iTunes and click 'restore' this restore your lastest backup.

I'm not sure but you could bring it in to your service provider (if with Verizon use Backup Assistant), BUT I'm not sure if you use the Restore on iTunes with the iphone. good luck.
