is there a way to contact?

the parcel delivery "service" yodel, without paying a fortune in phone calls or having an email that requires too much personal info and gets ignored anyway?

uk delivery effort.

their staff are rude.

they refuse to give an aproximate delivery time (morning or afternoon would have been a help...).

they were asked not to leave my parcel with a neighbour, so they left it with a neighbour...

they were supposed to return the parcel to the sender, but left it with a neighbour instead.

they were supposed to call me to apologise friday. still waiting.

they have cost me 2 days leave from work for the parcel i never got. great service.

they have also cost about £15 in phone calls trying to find out if and when they are coming...

and finally, they have ignored 3 emails.

sorry for the rant!

just be warned, they are ******* useless!

Update:

edit

one of my neighbours is a convicted theif. i would rather not leave my parcel with her.

also, on the wednesday, i cancelled the order for the parcel as i found a much better deal. this was well within my 14 days distance selling code of practice.

so i phoned yodel, on the wednesday, explained that the parcel was to be returned.

they left it with the theif on the friday. after i had asked them specifically to return it 2 days before.

Most people would prefer their parcel was left with a neighbour rather than taken back to the depot for redelivery.

Assuming you have got the parcel from the neighbour what is the problem.

You would appear to be a rather arrogant and awkward customer who is rather full of herself.
