Why do a lot of British people emigrate to New Zealand?
Is it because, in the UK there isn't enough benefits(allowances for lazy people) for them?
to Atheist: Maybe u r not aware that in poor countries there are no benefits at all for the unemployed, citizens from rich countries just complain for everyfing, i;d like to see them starving whithout any benefits in a poor country... :P

exciting and serious question both. without making a huge hubba bubba about unlawful Immigration interior the united states, suffice it to assert, that if my united states of america can't or received't safeguard that's borders or voters, why stay round? I propose, something might want to (and appears to be like!) taking position! What might want to the destiny carry on the constructive aspect for this way of united states of america? Canada and Canadians are gorgeous. situation is they too will enable everybody in (in the present day) and it will be only a be counted of time earlier they are assulted by technique of human beings that got here and could probubly ruin or trash the U. S. and favor greener pastures to rape, rob and pillage. Aussie land and Kiwi united states of america are fab places. And citizenry are pleasant. I listen they have complications of their own type too. i wager that is to be anticipated. between the concerns/advantages of both actual a form of two down less than's, is they have very strict immigration criteria ...and they implement them. not like the U. S.. i understand i can make the reduce financially in both of both yet i'm waiting to ascertain what is going to ensue interior the U. S. with this immigration thang, earlier I bounce. that's exciting and scarey both right here interior the U. S.. wish i might want to believe and characteristic extra faith in our political leaders. in the experience that they don't seem to be queering some web page, they are mendacity to us or stealing from something human beings for his or her own advantages ...or making conflict on others to line their own wallet. would not appear as if we've a lot of a destiny to economic organization on or seem ahead to with those form of human beings in capacity and operating the teach.

Maybe it's because NZ is in reality "The Socialist Republic of NZ".

But then I do recall an NZ pal of mine once describing going to the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff to support the All Blacks - it was when the Welsh sang their national anthem that the hair stood up on the back of his neck and he knew Wales would win.

No , its because in the UK there isn't enough jobs , the houses cost too much , the weather is dismal , there is over 150,000 ("Legal") immigrants pouring in each year , and the British government doesn't want to deal with British people, its cheaper for them to pay immigrants NMW and under , but with everything WE are required to pay , we simply can not afford to accept NMW.
As for lazy ...... British workers are not lazy , i myself am unemployed and i am a hard grafter , so lay off with the "lazy people" until you actually have a clue what you are talking about.

Because British people get treated worse than migrants and because the UK is a complete hell hole.

The only downsides is you are rather isolated if you like to visit other countries and the cost of living is higher.

Better climate, better government, better conditions, nicer people.... Who wouldn't want to if they had the chance?
& for your information - people on benefits wouldn't be allowed to go & live there, so that bit of your question is utter nonsence!
