if you were stupid enough to...?

cross a road, behind a car stopped at a pedestrian crossing, without looking. would you yell at the driver for not seeing you?

when you were behind the rear pillar. not looking where you were going...

as a 40ish year old man.

the driver was concentrating on the people using the crossing correctly.

Update:

goldfly

the vehicle was stationary. the pedestrian walked into a stationary car.

    Me? Not that stupid....

I have noticed that those stupid enough to walk into stationary objects they didn't see in their oblivion will yell at those who put them there, even temporarily.

WHY is he backing up on the road? That's illegal. Oh I'm not saying it's ok to jay-walk, BUT the only reason I would have to yell at him was if he was trying to back up in to me.

Add: Well if I'm dumb enough to walk in to a stationary car I'm REALLY not going to say anything. I was honestly trying to figure out why you'd have any reason to yell at a car driver.

When you are crossing a road at a place other than the cross walk, you are Jay walking, which is not legal. Why would you want to bring attention to yourself?
