I was quite disappointed with Bali diving where the water was not as clear as Krabi.

I may be a bit biased because I think Kuta is a dump, full of obnoxious tourists and street vendors who are very annoying.

But if u want to get good corals n nice water ( clear ) , u should choose Tulamben or may be Nusa Lembongan or may be Padang Bay,,, if u wanna go for surfing, not KUTA BEACH that u choose, other than DREAM LAND.....Those are the few places to choose if u wanna get the real diving n snorkelling.
