zero coke vs diet coke?

can any one please clarify the difference beteeen diet coke and zero coke?

    Neither diet coke or zero coke contain any sugar, although both are high on caffeine. Coke Zero is supposed to be a better approximation of the original coke, whilst diet coke is a re-branding of the eighties drink Tab, an early diet drink containing sacharin, renamed diet coke when the sacharin was replaced by aspartame.

    Both are horrid! I prefer pepsi maxx, "thought of the day...did you know diet coke has more caffeine in than ordinary coca cola"... It shocked me!

    I don't think there is very much difference and I wouldn't recommend drinking either often as they are extremely high in sugar and contain special chemicals to 'hold it down' other wise you would vomit because there is that much sugar.
