Any new ideas to diversify my Ad agency portfolio?
I own a small business Advertising agency but about to loose my bigger customer. I need ideas of how to diversify to new frontiers as struggling soon..
At the moment doing all publishing plus web site design and management.

Its probably time to revisit your business plan and update that - or if you don't have one start to develop one. What would really help you is to identify your market space and see how best to reach them. This may mean diversifying or it may just mean marketing your services differently - for sure marketing is difficult in the recession so maybe you do need to evaluate what business you should be in and what areas are growing that may be more attractive - eg. SEO, email marketing rather than website building.
