I don't know. I think they all contain some bits of truth but none have all the pieces to the puzzle.

If I knew, there would be no point in faith.

  • Neither of them. They are all a presentation of a theory that orders reality into a framework and asks you to pledge your belief to that framework. Since humans have a hard time evaluating facts outside of a framework, any facts outside of that framework are rendered "someone else's belief" or non-truths. Truths only exist when you pledge your belief to a framework. All religions, and in many instances branches of the same religion/sect/cult, have different frameworks from other religions. Consequently, it is impossible to evaluate which religion contains the most truth without knowing what truth is for you.

For example, what is true for me is that Jesus existed but as a human being endowed by God with a miraculous conception; but he did not have the genetic material of God (hence he was not a son of God) nor does he have the ability to listen to our prayers (our prayers flow to God alone). Also another truth for me is that God exists in everyone, every avenue, and everything as an invisible life force pervading through existence which is beyond the wavelength of a human eye. Another truth for me is that eating a pig is immoral.

Hence for me religions containing the most truth would be Judaism, Islam or a hybrid of the two.

  • Even though I'm non-theist...I must say Hinduism is most on par about being truthful..not about their gods but about the universe, how they describe it such as our universe being the shape of an egg with 5 different ''egg shells'' around it in a vastness of other universes. As well as figuring out the sub-atomic vibrations of certain objects. Original Sanskrit was spoken by such means that...when spoken perfectly you could see the image in your head without understanding the language which would make ideas much more easier to understand. They also name all the 5 elements...earth, air, fire, water, and void...obviously ''earth'' just means any type of physical matter. They had these concepts 1000s of years ago.

all religions are created by man, and are therefore all flawed. What makes you think any of them have to have truth at all? What makes you think any of us actually know what the truth could be at all, in order to compare the different levels of truth in each religion? It's a case of the blind judging the blind, and everyone shouting that their version is the best.

there is an old myth some team of blind men who needed to ascertain an elephant. each felt a distinctive section of the excellent beast, and got here away with an incomplete know-how of what an elephant became. One nonetheless that it became like a snake using trunk, yet another a stump having felt purely a leg. at the same time as yet another believed it became like a fan using ear, and yet another a wall from feeling the fringe of the animal. each had some reality with regard to the character of the elephant. yet none of them at all of it exact. a great style of human beings have had encounters with God, and discovered some truths approximately him. yet there is totally one faith wherein God himself took on human style with a view to make an entire revelation of himself to mankind. and then died and rose returned to redeem mankind. That one faith has each of the actuality. The others have purely components of it.

Not one religion is undeniably true. There is proof that Jesus Christ did exist, and I won't deny that. Megiddo, Israel seems peaceful, but it is where a lot of people believe the world will end. The irony of religion is that because of its power to divert man to destructive courses, the world actually could come to an end.

The only religion of real truth is that of your own two eyes, and your own two ears. Consecrate them to the work which they must perform, meditate on thine eyes to see with and thine ears to hear with! Heed their prophecies as they are given daily, and thou shalt know the truth which will set you free!

God’s Original religion contains ALL truth -

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

John 1:1-3 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God, The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

God (the 2nd person of the Godhead - Jesus actually) gave the "Gospel" to Adam and Eve..

As the Hebrews (and Jews) only received half of it, Jesus had to come to set the record straight and explain the Gospel so we can understand it properly, which the Jews failed so to do.

This was, and is the same gospel we have in the Bible today.

This gospel was expanded upon down through the ages by means of God's Patriarchs, Prophets, Judges, Kings, and Jesus ( God's Son ) , and is the same gospel taught and believed by Seventh-day Adventist Christians today

I believe this gospel to be the ORIGINAL religion from God and ALL other religions are a variation of, or are in lieu of God's original Gospel for the salvation of mankind.

Did you actually use the words "religion" and "truth" in the same sentence?

Neither is in any way associated with the other.
