Got some weird problems with internet & xbox live....please help!!?

OK so it started on Sunday when my other half got diconnected from xbox live,this isn't unusual as it happens sometimes. All we usually do is reset the modem.

This didn't fix the problem & after,I noticed I couldn't (and still can't) go on certain websites,like google???

We haven't been able to connect to xbox live since & still have the same probs with some sites,some work,some don't,it's really odd.

We are with BT,I called them,they tested line & speed etc,sent a new homehub & I've just spent over an hr on the phone & it is still not sorted.

Anyone experienced this or know how I can fix it? I thought perhaps a virus at first but that wouldn't effect xbox live.

Also our ipad & ipods are affected,can't load some web pages,the app store doesn't open.

Just don't get it, hope someone can help....thanks
