Would 10gb be enough for me?

I am planning to get the HTC One S but annoyingly it doesn't have expandable memory and it says it comes with 16gb but i hear you can only use 10 as the rest is already occupied. For what I need would 10gb be enough?

    Should be way more than enough, you also get 25GB of DropBox space to store photos and stuff should you should be absolutely fine.
