Are all American one dime coins minted like this?

i've never been to America yet i managed to acquire a 1990 one dime coin from somewhere so don't know if all dimes are like this it looks like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dime_(United_States_c... except if you're looking at the side that says one dime and turn it over the head and other text are upside down and vice versa. on all the other coins i own British & some foreign all the images and text are the same side up when you turn them over

All US coins are oriented with a 180 degree rotation from front to back. It's normal. If you turn it over side to side, the back will be upside down, but if you flip it top to bottom each time, it will always appear right side up.
