is it true 14 year old children can live anywhere they want?

can they just leave home and live with anyone they want ,

    No. At 14 you are still considered a child and would have to get parental permission to live with someone else.

    You have to be 16 with your parents permission to move out and 18 at free will. And trust me I would have moved out now if I could move out at 14!

    If your parents are divorced, you can choose whether you want to live with your Mom or your Dad, outside of that you have to wait until you're of legal age.
