Driver CPC training Restricted O Licence.?
Our company operates a "Restricted Operator Licence" viz we only carry our own products and only deliver our own goods. Am I correct in my assumption that we do not need to give our drivers CPC training ?

No you are completely wrong. On restricted O licence you do not have to have a Transport manager with a CPC for that job but ALL drivers of goods vehicles over 3.5 tonnes are required to adhere to the law on Drivers CPCs.
As an employer you are not obliged to provide the training but you would be foolish not to as from September 2014 there is going to be a massive shortage of CPC holding drivers
