Can anyone tell me how I can get a second clock on my desktop?

I have a HP laptop running Windows 7. I tried to add one by clicking on the existing clock on the task bar; and although it did bring up a new clock it did not have the option for setting it to show the time for Canberra, Australia. Please can anyone help, I really hate missing my friend when she tries to Skype me. Thank you.

Update:

Much as I hate to display my ignorance when it comes to computers; where do I find the Windows setup? I also did not see anything that would tell me what the Downunder time zone would be called.

If you run the sidebar on the windows setup you should be able to have a second clock showing.

Now to have it show a different time zone as your systems clock would need a little investigation though I am sure you can find out anything you want

    edit:

Yes you can select options on the clocks preferences and then set THAT time zone to whatever you want it to be

Your system time stays as the system time at your current set time zone

Just download a timzones PC clock. It allows you to set analog or digital. display one or many at once.

And Canberra, Australia is in it. Only uses a couple of megabytes.

Right click on the desktop and select gadgets. When gadget window opens, select clock and the clock will

be added to your desktop. Then pick 'options' and select Australia time.
