I believe that a hacker is accessing my computer?
I believe that a hacker is accessing my computer and using my identity on the internet, I have no personal details stored other than alias' however when I try to send an email to the accounts being hacked my mouse becomes uncontrollable as if someone else is in control and the email is deleted.
I am using microsoft security essentials as a security package and my computer is running windows 7.
Could someone please tell me the best way to remove this hacker and minimise any future intrusions.
Thanks in advance
Have changed passwords for all sites concerned and my log on password

Change ALL passwords for email, banking and other personal features. Perform a full system virus scan (not with norton or mcafee, they are the worst antivirus products). Also perform a full system anti-malware scan.

Unlikely. Unless you give someone remote access to your machine allowing them to install spyware or a second remote access program, or you have followed a link the sent and that let them in it is not easy to hack a machine. They would need you to have left open at least part of your firewall, and the firewall on the router. Download the free scanner from http://malwarebytes.org/ and run the full scan. It is more likely you have a spyware infection. MSE is not too good at removing it. Then log in to the account you are trying to use and change your password, make it unrelated to you, friends, family, pets, addresses, telephone numbers or anything else you might let out on a social network site or to anyone you know. Mix in upper case and lower case letters with some numbers. Then change your security questions and answers, make these unrelated to you, but keep a note of them.

NB After getting all the downloads, disconnect from the internet until you have run all the scans.
You may have to download them on a clean PC to a memory stick and then transfer them, but you do need to be in Safe Mode.
Boot the computer into Windows Safe Mode by pressing F8 about once every second during startup.
Now download or update and run the Windows Defender application.
Run your updated antivirus.
Download Spybot (free version available) from http://www.safer-networking.org/
Run Malwarebytes from http://www.malwarebytes.org/ OR Ad-Aware from www.lavasoft.de
Run a registry cleaner.
Now reboot and see what happens. This should have got rid of it.
If not, then post a second question with details of what is infecting it.

Download Zone Alarm firewall and install it. check internet explorer options in control panel to see if you have a proxy set up if you do go to the advanced tab and reset all the settings.
Download CCleaner install and run, then download Malwarebytes install, update and run a full scan. You do it in that order because there is no point in scanning junk files so get rid of them first.
Check your startup items using CCleaner, its under Tools: http://www.howtogeek.com/113382/how-to-use-ccleane...

I would start with some very good spyware. There is free spyware on the microsoft web site. AVG is a good virus scanner and you can get it free on their website. You have to specifically look for the free version. After running one of the more expensive virus scanners, I took it off my computer and added AVG. The free one got rid of a bunch of things that were not good for my computer. www.avg.com & www.microsoft.com. They are all free and work. AVG will try to sell you a better version which I understand is very good. The free one seems to be working quite nicely for me and its really appreciated.
